The Spanish language school in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) offers general, intensive and super intensive language courses at all levels. Classes are of a maximum of 6-8 students
Classes start every Monday of the year for students with a basic knowledge of the Spanish language, for absolute beginners, you need to consult the next starting date. The last week of December and the first of January, the school is closed.
Extras with every course: Students receive free of charge a cooking class in the kitchen of the school, a culture class and a cinema evening each week, and before the Spring Fair we also give the students free Sevillana dancing classes so they can participate fully in the festivities.
Course 20h
General Spanish Course is a program with 20 classes per week. Classes begin at 9:30am and continue until a break at 11:00am. The second session begins at 11.20am and class finishes at 12.50pm. During the lessons you will learn the five different aspects of Spanish: listening, reading, writing, grammar and most importantly ...... speaking.
Course 25h
Intensive Spanish Course is a program with 25 classes per week. Classes begin at 9:30am and continue until a break at 11:00am. The second session begins at 11.20am and class finishes at 12.50pm. The basic outline of this program follows the description above for the General Spanish Course, but with an additional class from 13.00pm till 13.45pm used to focus on the points of the language most needed by the individual student.

Super Intensive Spanish Course I is a program with 20 classes per week + private one to one classes. Classes begin at 9:30am and continue until a break at 11:00am. The second session begins at 11.20am and class finishes at 12.50pm. The basic outline of this program follows the description above for the General Spanish Course, but with an additional private class (in the evenings) used to focus on the points of the language most needed by the individual student.
Course 30h
Super Intensive Spanish Course II is program with 30 classes per week. Courses start at 8:45am and finish at 13.45pm with a pause at 11.00am and at 12.50pm. The basic outline of this program follows the description above for the General Spanish Course, but with the additional first and the last classes used to focus on the points of the language most needed by the individual student.
Business Spanish
The General Business Spanish course is for managers and executives who need to communicate fluently in Spanish. It is also for students of Business and Commerce.

 Travel and Tourism Spanish
The Travel and Tourism Spanish course is for students of Travel and Tourism as well as experienced professionals in the industry who need to carry out their work in Spanish and would like to learn spanish in Spain in a small town on the south coast, mixing with local Spanish people.

Spanish vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, phraseology and jargon associated with the following:
Hotel reception; Complaints; The bar; The restaurant; Room service; Tourist information; The travel agency; The travel club; Booking a hotel; On the telephone; The receptionist; Messages, telephone and fax; Car rentals; Cultural information; Creation of cultural and tourist programmes and sales for travel agencies.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Private for one, two or three persons. Courses are provided in a format of 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours per day or
more.
MINI-GROUPS
For companies or a small group of friends: private mini groups of 4 – 6 persons, 25 lessons per week.
 D.E.L.E.-Preparation
25 classes a week
For students who would like to take the Instituto Cervantes exams of Spanish, depending on their level they should have one or two terms of class before. Also students must pay attention to the dates of this examination, normally in May or June. If students want to take this exam, they have to register at the beginning of the year. Examiners from El Instituto de Cervantes come to Cádiz University from Madrid so students can take this exam in Cádiz.
